Inspiration Behind starting the Company
“After finally getting to my dream job, I realized the hype wasn’t the dream”, says Mrs. Bagla.
Mrs. Bagla dreamed of being an attorney from as far back as she can remember; and when she landed the absolute most coveted job in the world straight out of law school, she thought that she had finally achieved her goal. But the sad reality of how the legal help system is set up forced her to realize that if she wanted to help people using business law, she had to do something new, Something different. Something designed from its very core to put the client’s best interests first. And so… Bagla Law Firm, APC. was born.
Core Quality Services that the Company Offers
Bagla Law Firm was established in 2009; when Kelly decided to venture out on her own, and approached Business Law from a new standpoint. Bagla Law Firm is a niche law firm that specifically caters to entrepreneurs. From every step along the Business Legal Lifecycle® of your company’s journey, Bagla Law Firm is set up to help guide you around all the legal pitfalls your company may face. It is a Business Formation and Asset Protection law firm helping both domestic and international clients start and grow businesses.
It takes an entrepreneur to understand the needs of another entrepreneur, and Mrs. Bagla is an entrepreneur four times over. This is a competitive edge for herself as well as for her company the Bagla Law Firm. While most law firms categorize themselves in broad areas of law practice catering to the masses, Bagla Law Firm, APC. specializes in just a select few areas of law that specifically pertain to the entrepreneur. All services are provided on a flat rate fee basis to encourage their clients as the client’s requirements are always at the top of their priority list.
Mrs. Bagla’s Way to Keep Pace with The Ever-Changing World
Mrs. Bagla keeps constantly educating herself pertaining to new laws and easy ways to help entrepreneurs with how to run a business. She has just released her 5th book called Legal Pearls. Additionally, they have just recently opened a London, England and UK branch; and are looking to open a Las Vegas, Nevada, USA branch by year’s end to help better facilitate the growing influx of international businesses looking to get their foothold in the American economic market.
“As an immigrant myself, one who has achieved her goal, and is currently living her ‘American Dream’, it is one of my greatest joys and biggest rewards to help others achieve their ‘American Dream”, says Mrs. Bagla.
A Leader’s Way to guarantee workplace motivation and productivity
“Every member of our staff is a vested and vetted professional; celebrated for their unique talents and what they bring to the team”, says Mrs. Bagla. They have gathered an amazing group of individuals that care about each other, and people in general.
While talking about how they have gathered an elite team of professionals Mrs. Bagla states, “Giving a person the space to be their best self and encouraging them to explore their strengths can only work out well for everyone. Either they’re going to find some hidden talent, or they’re going to show that they’re not up to par. We work with the best. They tend to find us”.
They ensure all of the members of their team feel as comfortable as possible in their work environment with the hopes that they can thrive. From special chairs, to elevated screens; From specialty drinks, to specific snack requests internationally imported… They try to accommodate their people and make sure the appreciation is well known and delivered.
Kelly’s Way with Disagreement & Criticism
Disagreements and criticism can be incredibly important for personal and professional growth. They challenge our assumptions and force us to think critically about our ideas and actions. When we receive criticism, we have the opportunity to reflect on our performance and make improvements. Similarly, disagreements can lead to new insights and ideas that we may not have considered before.
Mrs. Bagla remarks, “While each of us pretty much stays in our own perspective lanes as far as where each expertise lays, additional perspective is always welcomed and considered. While it may not be implemented, the additional option put on the drawing board is always welcomed”.
Advice to Aspiring Young Business People
As an aspiring young business person, it’s important to remember that success doesn’t happen overnight. It takes hard work, dedication, and a willingness to learn from your mistakes. Remember, success in business is a marathon, not a sprint. Stay focused, stay motivated, and always keep learning. Apart from the obvious Mrs. Bagla emphasizes on the importance of the legal work for all the businesses by saying, “Never skimp on LEGAL. Don’t just ‘Trust your gut’… TRUST AN EXPERT!”.
