In the near future, they will be building products that are desperately needed to increase growth by reducing budget and increasing capabilities. “I believe that it’s important to have empathy and understand one another within the team so that we all can grow and succeed. Sometimes, introducing new ideas can make you feel vulnerable, but we reward creativity and encourage everyone to contribute. Without risk, there can be no reward.”

He further expresses, “I encourage my team to think outside the box to accomplish goals. Innovation cannot proceed without creativity, so creativity is important to our culture. We reward creativity. We strive to inspire and be inspired. I believe that great ideas come from not only me, but from the team. We brainstorm and work together. Everyone plays a role, and everyone contributes. This is essential to our culture.”
