Company Establishment
Bagla Law Firm was established in 2009; when Kelly decided to venture out on her own, and approach Business Law from a new standpoint. After having landed a highly coveted spot at the highest ranked, international Law Firm in all of the United States, straight out of college, Kelly was thrown into the real-world machine that is “law firms in America”. The systems in place were set up to essentially drain every client of their hard-earned money, by charging “billable hours”. These “billable hours” could be in the hundreds of thousands, and they were always some unclear wishy-washy way of nickel and dimming these clients to death. She hated this.
Kelly wanted to be a lawyer since she was just 5 years old. She had spent the entirety of her adolescence dreaming of how she would one day be this ‘superhero’ attorney in the United States of America, and be saving people one case at time, with her super smart brain. The cold reality of how things were done on a grand scale was disheartening to say the least. But rather than be discouraged by this harsh truth, Kelly took it upon herself to go out and create the system she knew could work, and so believed in.
Since that day till now, and everyday into the future, Bagla Law Firm has and will do what works best for their clients. It’s a straightforward system of a basic principle that “you get what you pay for… and you pay for what you get”.
