Cancellation Policy
- Once a subscription order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
- All payments for subscriptions are final, and no cancellations or modifications will be entertained after the subscription has been confirmed.
Return Policy
- Returns are only accepted in cases where the magazine is defective, damaged during delivery, incorrectly advertised, or not what was ordered.
- Customers must submit a return request within four (4) working days from the date of delivery.
- To initiate a return, please email info@timeiconic.com with the subject line “Magazine Return”, along with proof of damage or defect.
Refund Policy
- Subscriptions are prepaid, and no refunds will be issued once the subscription has started.
- If you are dissatisfied with the content of the magazine, it will not result in refund or cancellation, as that is an individual choice.
- If a return is approved due to a defective or damaged product, customers are entitled to a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
- If the payment was made via a payment gateway or other method, the refund will be processed to the same account or a bank account provided by the customer.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 working days upon receipt of the returned item. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been successfully processed.
